How do I access my account?

When a company or organization first sends you a progress track, you will be given temporary login credentials. If you already had an account from a previous progress track interaction, simply login with your current credentials.


How do I mark a progress track complete?

When viewing a progress track, click the "Mark as complete" button on the top right!


Can I create a progress track?

We are currently working this out, but would like this to be a capability for every user of every type!


What if a company has some information correct on the progress track?

Within the progress track, leave a comment to notify the involved company that something is incorrect and they can help fix it!
